I stayed in a spacious standard room. The staff were attentive. Gemma and David were particularly helpful. The location was conveniently located near shops and cafes.
The air conditioning was very hot, resulting in poor sleep. My request to have it checked was not addressed correctly. I asked for someone to look at it and the lady said she would send two fans to cool the room. Instead, I received two pens.

The early check-in was very helpful after my overnight flight. I was able to rest immediately. the bed and pillows were comfortable (perfect after a long journey). i found the location convenient. It was an easy walk to many places i wanted to visit.
the air conditioning seemed to have limited temperature control, a minor inconvenience.
